Einleitung

Die TEM-Trägerfilme der EM-Tec P-Reihe von Pioloform sind für TEM-Anwendungen bis zu 120 kV geeignet. Pioloform ist ein polymerer Film, der im Allgemeinen hydrophil ist und eine gute Dispersion und Ablagerung von Partikeln auf der Oberfläche des Films ermöglicht. Pioloform wird manchmal gegenüber Formvar bevorzugt, da es mechanisch und thermisch stabiler ist und eine geringere Dichte aufweist, wodurch die Elektronenstreuung verringert und eine bessere Transparenz erreicht wird. Die Pioloform-Trägerfilme sind sehr elastisch, weisen eine Dicke von 5-7 nm auf, sind robust, transparent und weitgehend beständig gegenüber Spannungen von 120 kV.

Die EM-Tec Pioloform TEM-Trägerfilme sind erhältlich auf 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400 mesh und größeren geschlitzten Kupfer-, Nickel- und Gold Grids mit 3.05mm Durchmesser. In der nachstehenden Matrix finden Sie die derzeit erhältlichen Piolofom-TEM-Trägerfilme die in TEM Grid Boxen mit 25, 50 und 100 Stück angeboten werden.

Merkmale der EM-Tec P-Reihe Pioloform-Filme für TEM:

  • Ideal für die Abbildung von isolierten Partikeln (Nanopartikel, Liposomen und Norovirus)
  • Sehr gut geeignet Für negative Färbung
  • Gute Adhäsion für Bakterien und Viren (negative Färbung)
  • Hydrophyl; der Trägerfilm muss nicht ionisiert werden
