The Value-Tec CP series ESD safe replaceable plastic tip tweezers combine the advantages of the non-marring ESD safe plastic tweezers with the firm handles of stainless steel tweezers. The replaceable plastic tips are carbon fiber filled: ESD safe, highly durable material with good chemical resistance. The handles of the tweezers are made from anti-magnetic AISI 302 stainless steel. ESD safe plastic tipped tweezers are ideal for handling scratch sensitive materials such as aluminium, brass, copper and plastics. The non-marring plastic tips are also better for handling silicon chips or glass to avoid damage and debris. They are available with in 8 different styles and feature:
- Anti-magnetic ESD safe precision tweezers with carbon filled plastic tips
- Durable, rigid tips with good dimensional stability
- Corrosion resistant
- Temperature resistance: -40°C to + 190°C
- Resistant to UV sterilization & Hydrolysis
- Non-marring with most materials, ideal for scratch sensitive materials
The Value-Tec CP replaceable tip tweezers are suitable for a variety of applications: sample preparation, microscopy, electrical components placing, forensic investigation of soft materials, handling of parts made from soft materials, life science, bio-medical and chemical.
For etching applications where the handles of the tweezers can be affected, we advise using the Value-Tec ESD safe plastic tweezers.
